Local Social Solutions is passionate about social media and the seemingly endless marketing and communication opportunities it offers businesses. We thrive on its changing landscape and are thrilled when we help our clients succeed in this space.
We just aren’t thought leaders in social media marketing— we’re a force at work. Where most “experts” have theories, ideas and notions, we have campaigns that work and the proof to back it up. We take our clients’ marketing goals and make them realities in a creative, strategic, and measureable way.
Each member of our team brings with them a diverse background in both B2C and B2B industries. Their talents include mixture of account management, strategy planning, graphic design, talented writing, social community management, paid media, and performance reporting.

Symphonic Voyages 
Symphonic Voyages is a classical music themed cruise to the Caribbean. The primary objectives of Symphonic Voyages’ social marketing efforts are to first create, grow, and engage a “pre-sailing” community of potential travelers. The second is to cultivate promotion opportunities by connecting with the blogging and traditional editorial community.
The Symphonic Voyages Facebook Page is truly an ideal community page for potential travelers. There, SV Friends freely give opinions, feedback, and share ideas. Currently, they have 5,400+ Friends for a service that first took place in early January 2011.
Symphonic Voyages successfully uses Twitter to connect with cruise and classical music writers, plus local community orchestras. From there, we help then turn those connections into promotional opportunities.
In addition to Facebook and Twitter, we’ve also integrated Symphonic Voyages social efforts into traditional marketing such as their e-newsletter, print brochures, orchestra ticket programs, and orchestra ticket sales promotions.
Chicago AP
A
The Chicago APA is one the largest American Poolplayer’s Association franchises in the country. It encompasses approximately 1,500 active members and 200 playing venues (bars and pool halls).
The franchise owner uses his Facebook presence to accomplish three goals. First, to communicate with current APA playing members. Second to recruit new members. Then finally to support playing venues that host Chicago APA teams. The Chicago APA Facebook Page currently has 800+ Friends (more than half of its total membership).
