Facebook Places has made it possible for businesses to reward loyal customers that check-in to their bricks-and-mortar establishments.  Four different types of deals are offered through Places:

  • Loyalty Deals for those who check in multiple times
  • Friend Deals for those who check in with a group
  • Charity Deals for those who check in and you or the businesses donates a specified amount to a certain charity
